Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. KitchenBarn shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier's website or link provided.

Note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

KitchenBarn will not be liable for delivery issues or delays due to incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or recipient unavailability.

5. Courier Damage or Tampering

Important: If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse the delivery immediately and notify us within 24 hours.

KitchenBarn is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft occurring in transit after the order is handed over to the courier.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • In rare cases where a package is delayed or lost, we will assist in raising a claim with the shipping partner.
  • However, KitchenBarn cannot guarantee compensation or replacement, as final decisions rest with the courier company.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Pan-India Delivery: We currently deliver only within India

  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our delivery partners.
  • In such cases, we may cancel and refund your order.

8. International Shipping

International orders are currently not supported. Any such orders placed by mistake will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
